Dear NSK,

We hope that you all have had a nice summer, despite the difficult situation that we are all in.

Over the summer, the Secretariat has been monitoring the situation and the travel advice for the Nordic countries with regards to the NSK Meeting planned for 11–13 September. As Finland is currently not open for travels from all the Nordic countries, we see no other option than to recommend an online meeting instead of a physical meeting in Helsinki.

We would then suggest an online meeting on Saturday 12 September, and we will return to you with more details and an agenda at a later point. Please contact us if you have any agenda items.

As a single online meeting cannot substitute a whole weekend of good discussions, we are discussing the possibility of either a) organising a physical meeting in November/December or b) scheduling a series of online meetings for different roles in our NSOs, in order to prepare well for the Nordic Conference due to be held in May 2021.
